What is family night all about?

This is a special night set aside here at Trinity to celebrate family and to gather together for food, fun, and to grow together in our faith.

We begin with a light supper available from 6-6:30 p.m. in the King's Banquet Hall (AKA, the Cafe).  Promptly at 6:30 we move to the King's Chapel (aka, the Sanctuary) for an opening.  At 6:45 each group goes to their activities and then gathers together as a group in the King's Chapel at 7:45.  The program is finished at 8:00.  There are classes available for adults and children that meets in our own Faith Village.

I am an adult, what is there for me?

There are various topics discussed throughout the year.  Check out the calendar to see what class is being offered at this time.

I am an elementary age child, what is there for me?

For those 4 years old through sixth grade there is KOOL (Kids of Our Lord).  Each week you have the opportunity to go to a different Bible time building in Faith Village to experience Biblical events.

You may be in the Scripture tent hearing a story form a character from the Bible, or in Thou Art creating a Bible time craft, or in the Daily Bread cooking something , or in the Coliseum playing games, or in the Pray Per View making a TV show.  Each week is something different.  You won't want to miss any of it.

I work and it is hard to get something to eat and get there on time.

We have good news for you.  There will be a light supper each Family Night.  It will be served from 6-6:30.  The program begins at 6:30.  You do not have to feed the kids first and you won't have to do the dishes afterwards either.  Just spend some time with other Christians, growing in faith together.

I am excited and I want to help, but I am not sure where I fit in.

More good news.  There is a place for everyone.  You can help set up the rooms in Faith Village, help with a dinner or two, work in one of the shops in Faith Village, help gather materials, or donate time, money or materials to help this exciting program to prosper.  Most of all you can pray and just be there.

The adult studies give you a chance to partake in discussions with other Christians centered around the Word of God and grow in faith and knowledge.

KOOL (or the elementary part of Family Night) allows children to walk into a Bible time village and hear the words that He has given us.  Imagine what an impact that can have on a child.  We are excited about Family Night.  We hope you will be there!
