The mission of the Praise Team Ministry is to lead people into a deeper understanding of God using the gift of music in praise and worship.  It is our desire to reach others for Christ, provide a place in which they can serve God, and create an atmosphere that encourages and strengthens Christian spiritual growth.

There are opportunities to participate in the Sunday Morning Praise Team.

God is answering the prayers of the Praise Team by bringing people into the church who are interested in the Music Ministry.  Because we lead the congregation in praise and worship, we believe wholeheartedly that all of our music ministry members must be Christians who are serious about a growing, personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ!  We also want members who can demonstrate commitment to the Praise Team and the church.

In order to make this easy for our members, we have a weekly Bible Study and a practice session on the same night.  In addition, we encourage all members of the Praise Team to attend Sunday School and worship weekly.

Praise Team Positions:

There are many different capacities in which to serve.  We have a need for:

                                 vocalists

                                 stage hands

                                 musicians

                                 alternate vocalists

                                 alternate musicians

                                  sound engineers

Praise Team Requirements:

All new members must be a regular participating member of Trinity for a period of at least three months to become part of the Praise Team.  All members of the Team must also demonstrate their commitment by faithfully attending rehearsals for a three-month period.

 When we meet:

The Trinity Praise Team meets Wednesdays a 7:00 for Bible Study and music rehearsal.

 Special Music:

If you are interested in sharing your musical talents during worship without joining the Praise Team, there are opportunities for special musical segments during worship.  Please talk to Bridget Hull if you would like to present special music.
